Gretzky is the son of Hall of Fame hockey player Wayne Gretzky. He was drafted by the Cubs in the seventh round in 2011, while the younger Scioscia was taken by the Angels in the 45th round the same year.

The Indians have acquired infielder Justin Sellers from the Dodgers for cash considerations, according to an ESPN.com report on Sunday.

The 28-year-old Sellers played 82 games for the Dodgers in the past three years, hitting .199 with three home runs and 17 RBIs.
